2. Use of This Website

This Site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse and use this Site for your own personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

Nothing on this Site constitutes professional advice of any kind. Descriptions of our services are general in nature and the scope of any specific engagement will be confirmed in a separate written scope document agreed before work begins.

4. Service Engagements

Each consulting engagement is governed by a written scope document agreed between Halcyon and the client before any work commences. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the scope document applicable to a specific engagement, the scope document will prevail in respect of that engagement.

Our published service fees (Change Readiness Assessment: S$650; Transition Communications Plan: S$210; Change Sponsor Coaching: S$430 per month) reflect the standard scope described on this Site. Engagements that require broader scope than described will be agreed separately in writing, with a revised fee confirmed before work begins.

Payment terms for each engagement will be set out in the scope document. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are issued at the commencement of each fixed-term engagement and are payable within fourteen calendar days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, layout, graphics and logos — is the property of Halcyon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

Deliverables produced for a client during an engagement (readiness maps, communications plans, session notes) become the property of the client upon full payment of the applicable engagement fee, unless otherwise agreed in the scope document. Halcyon retains the right to use anonymised and aggregated insights from engagements for internal development purposes, subject to its confidentiality obligations.

6. Confidentiality

All client engagements are subject to a mutual confidentiality undertaking, which is provided as a standard part of every engagement at no additional cost. Halcyon will not disclose client information to third parties without the client's prior written consent, except as required by law.

The confidentiality terms applicable to a specific engagement are set out in the mutual non-disclosure agreement provided at the commencement of that engagement. These Terms do not supersede or replace that agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halcyon excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this Site or any information on it, including indirect, consequential or incidental loss.

In respect of service engagements, Halcyon's total liability to a client for any claim arising from or in connection with an engagement will not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that engagement. Halcyon is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising in connection with an engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

8. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We have no control over the content or operation of those sites and do not endorse or accept responsibility for them. Accessing third-party sites via links on this Site is at your own risk.

9. Cookies
